Hi there! I'm so glad you're here. If you’re reading this, chances are you’re looking for a photographer who can capture more than just posed smiles and stiff portraits. You’re after something real. Something full of life, contrast, and a little mood—something that reflects who you truly are. That’s exactly what I specialize in.
As a lifestyle photographer based in the Shoals area, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, each bringing their own unique energy, quirks, and moments to the camera. Over time, I’ve learned that the best photos happen when we let go of perfection and embrace the beautiful chaos of real life. It’s in those in-between moments—the laughter, the tears, the spontaneous hugs—that the magic truly happens.

Turning the Everyday Into Art
I’m all about making art out of the everyday. Life isn’t always glamorous or perfectly composed, and that’s exactly what makes it beautiful. Whether it’s a baby’s tiny hand grasping your finger, siblings sharing a quiet, playful moment, or the unspoken connection between partners, I believe these are the moments that tell the story of who you are.
My style is full of life and contrast, with a touch of mood—because sometimes, the darker tones and the quiet moments tell just as much of a story as the bright, happy ones. I love capturing a range of emotions and using light and shadow to create depth and drama, all while keeping things authentic and genuine.
A Session Without the Stress
Let’s be honest: professional photoshoots can be stressful. You’re worried about the kids acting up, the perfect pose, or if your hair is in place. But here's the thing—I’m not here to add to that stress. I’m here to guide you through the process, be your calming presence, and maybe even crack a few jokes along the way to keep things lighthearted.
I’ve learned that the best moments happen when we stop trying to force things. So, during our session, I’ll encourage you to relax, be yourselves, and trust that the natural moments will come. There’s no need for stiff poses or forced smiles. I’ve captured some of my favorite images when everything felt a bit messy—when everyone was laughing, a little sweaty, or when kids were running around wild. Those are the images that bring out the heart of your family, your relationships, and your story.

Mastering Natural Light
One of my favorite parts of being a lifestyle photographer is working with natural light—especially in the comfort of your home. There’s something incredibly special about the soft, diffused light that floods a room, or the warm glow of sunset streaming through a window. I’ve spent years perfecting the art of using the natural light in your space, and I promise you: your home will look like it’s been lit by magic.
I believe that the environment you’re in plays a huge role in telling your story. Whether we’re indoors on a cozy couch, by a kitchen window, or playing outside in the yard, I’ll make sure the light enhances the moment, bringing warmth and depth to the images without ever feeling forced.
More Than Just Photos—An Experience
When you work with me, you’re not just hiring someone to take pictures. You’re hiring a guide, a calming presence, and someone who genuinely cares about creating meaningful memories. I’m here to make sure you feel at ease during our session, and by the time we’re finished, you’ll have a collection of photos that feel like you—real, raw, and full of personality.

Photography is about more than just posing. It’s about capturing connections, emotions, and the everyday moments that shape your story. And in the end, it’s not just about getting beautiful images, but about having a memorable experience where you feel comfortable, seen, and heard.
So, whether you’re a couple wanting to capture your quiet moments at home, a family with kids that run on their own schedule, or a group that’s just looking for some fun and authentic photos, I’m here to bring your story to life. Let’s make some magic, mess and all!
I can't wait to work with you.
